What we help you choose

We start from the objects you want to print and from where the printer will work: at home, in a classroom or in a workshop.

Technology

FDM with filament for prototypes and functional parts, resin for fine detail, SLS with powder for technical parts. We tell you which one suits your objects.

Build volume

We start from the largest object you want to print and how many parts you make each month. For parts over half a metre there are large-format printers.

Materials

PLA to start with, PETG for functional parts, ABS or ASA for technical and outdoor parts, plus flexible filaments, composites and resins. We check that the printer handles the ones you need.

Budget

We show you what you get at each price level, from home printers to industrial ones. The quote includes the accessories and consumables you need from day one.

Software

Each printer has its own slicer, for example Bambu Studio or PrusaSlicer. We show you how to prepare a model and where to find ready-made ones.

Training and support

After delivery we teach you how to use the printer: operation, slicing, troubleshooting and maintenance. We install and calibrate industrial printers at your site.

How the consultation works

  1. Tell us what you want to print

Fill in the form below or call us. Tell us what you want to print, how big the objects are and what your budget is.

  2. Talk to a consultant

We ask how you will use the printer and what you expect from it, then present the options that fit, with the advantages of each.

  3. Get your quote

If you want, we send you a tailored quote with the printer, accessories and consumables you need from the start.

  4. Start printing

Small printers arrive assembled and calibrated, and we install industrial ones at your site. Then you get training and technical support from our team.

We also work with schools, universities and public institutions: our 3D printers are available through SEAP/SICAP, and for labs funded by EU programmes we help with the set-up, training and support.

What our clients say

“The first phone call helped us choose exactly the printer we needed: we were asked what we wanted to use it for and what we expected from a 3D printer, we were shown several types of printer and the advantages of each, and we were given suggestions.”
Școala Gimnazială Specială nr. 2Special school in Bucharest, Prusa MK3S+ printer for teaching materials
“Very easy, from ordering and delivery to commissioning and learning. The technical support was a great help.”

Frequently asked questions

Cannot find the answer? Write to us or call us.

How much does the consultation cost?

Nothing. Advice on choosing a 3D printer is free, and at the end you can get a tailored quote if you want one.

What should I know before the call?

It is enough to know what you want to print. The size of the largest object, how many parts you make each month, the materials you need and your budget also help, but we can work those out together.

How does the consultation take place?

A consultant contacts you after you send the form and you talk about what you want to print. If you want to see the printers working, you can visit our workplace in Iași, and for institutions we can bring a printer for a demonstration.

Which printer do you recommend for a beginner?

An assembled FDM printer with automatic calibration and ready-made settings for PLA and PETG, for example the Bambu Lab A1 mini or the Prusa MK4S. The final choice depends on what you want to print.

What do I get after buying the printer?

Small printers arrive assembled and calibrated, and we install and calibrate industrial printers at your site. You get training, plus technical support by email, phone or remote connection.

Do you work with schools and public institutions?

Yes. Our 3D printers are also available through SEAP/SICAP, and for school and university labs we propose the set-up, training and support.

Is the guide free, and what language is it in?

Yes, the guide is free and arrives by email as a PDF. It has 53 pages and is written in Romanian.

Find the printing technology that fits you

Tell us what you will use the printer for, which materials you prefer and where it will stand. We show you the right technology and what to look for.

The technology that fits you

FDM (filament)

The printer melts a filament and builds the part layer by layer. It is the most versatile technology for prototypes, functional parts and schools.

What to look for in the printer

  • Multi-material or multi-color printing, useful for prototypes and soluble supports.
  • Automatic calibration and a simple start, for beginners.

The recommendation shows the technology and the criteria to look for, not a specific model. We choose the right model together, from the available catalog, based on your parts.
