Which robots do you service?
We service Pepper and Pepper+ ourselves. For NAO, temi, Alpha Mini, Unitree robots, UV-C disinfection robots and other autonomous systems we take the request and pass it on to the manufacturer or to Clinica Roboților. If your robot is not on the list, write to us and we will check.
Where is Pepper repaired?
At our Pepper service centre in Iași. We carry out diagnostics and repairs there and, on request, the upgrade to Pepper+.
What does Clinica Roboților do?
Clinica Roboților is our partner for specialist repairs of humanoid robots and autonomous systems. Together we cover maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
Do you come on site?
Yes. We provide technical support remotely or on site, depending on the problem.
What does a maintenance contract include?
Preventive maintenance, regular checks and software updates, agreed in the quote for your robots.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the robot and the fault. We send you the quote after diagnostics and carry out the repair only once you approve it.
What happens with a robot under warranty?
Under warranty we work directly with the manufacturer, which provides the repair or replacement. After the warranty we offer maintenance and software updates under contract.
