Delivery
Courier delivery
Products are delivered by our courier partner Cargus throughout Romania. For certain products, delivery is handled by IRIS ROBOTICS staff and includes hands-on training.
Collection from Iași
You can collect your order from our place of business at Strada Rândunica 2, Iași. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Delivery times
Products in stock are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Products that are not in stock generally arrive within 3-4 weeks, possibly sooner. We confirm the exact delivery time when you order, and for robots and large equipment we state it in the quote.
Packaging and protection
All products are packaged carefully to ensure their integrity in transit. Fragile products receive additional protective packaging.
Delivery costs
Courier delivery is priced on the actual weight of the parcel and the delivery address. You will see the cost in your basket before you complete the order.
Personal collection from our place of business in Iași is free of charge.
For bulky or oversized products, the shipping cost may vary. We will contact you to confirm it before dispatch.
Delivery to other EU countries
For deliveries outside Romania, orders are currently placed on request. Send us a quote request at the contact address below, and before the order is confirmed we will tell you the shipping cost, the delivery time and the VAT that applies.
