Pay online or through your bank
Card payments go through NETOPIA Payments, with no card fee. For a bank transfer you get a pro forma invoice, and we ship once the payment is confirmed.

- For transfers, the order number is the payment reference
- Companies get the invoice on their tax ID (CUI)
Get your order
In Romania we deliver by courier and you see the cost at checkout, before you pay. For other countries delivery is on request, with the cost in the quote.

Warranty and returns
Products on sale have the same warranty as all our products: 24 months for individuals and 12 months for companies, from delivery.

Yes, the same as our other products: 24 months for individuals and 12 months for companies, from delivery. Some products have an extended warranty, stated on their page.
