Peopoly Moai 200 Laser SLA

The Peopoly Moai 200 Laser SLA 3D Printer offers the professional and detailed printing of an SLA machine, at a dramatically increased size compared to the classic Moai, while improving accuracy even within the boundaries of the print area. With a new and improved 200 mm x 200 mm x 250 mm print area and improved laser precision that allows every portion of the print area to be used, fine details have been enhanced with an enormous surface area - 300% more print volume with the same high level of precision. As a result, Moai 200 works best with Peopoly Moai Hi-Temp resin. The Moai 200 comes fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

MAXIMUM COMPATIBILITY Making the jump from FDM to SLA 3D printing is a big change, luckily Moai makes it easy by using Gcode - the same file type used by FDM machines. Instead of moving the nozzle around the built area, the laser is used to move and harden the resin to create the new part. Export the Gcode to an SD card and Moai will do the rest! This seamless update makes Moai the perfect 3D printer to start using resin-based SLA technology.

PEOPOLY TECHNOLOGY Peopoly has developed an exciting new technology since the first year of the original Peopoly Moai 200, which has been implemented directly into the design of the Moai 200.

The new resin tub for the Moai 200 has a FEP membrane layer, which decreases the amount of resin that adheres to the first layer, meaning more resin for printing!

As the FEP film is used, this new design allows you to remove it and replace it with another FEP film, for continuous use.

Replacement sheets and FEP film tubs for the Moai 200 will be available soon.

Also designed Peopoly Moai 200 with industrial grade dual linear rail system to ensure stability in movement and support during printing and improved grip on the new support plate.

Finally, the Moai 200 comes with the heating module installed. Designed to keep the internal chamber above 25 °C, the heater is controlled by sensors and has its own power supply, separate from the Moai SLA printer. By keeping the temperature between 27 - 35 °C, resin viscosity problems are eliminated, and Moai 200 will print perfectly.
