The per-robot subscription starts 2 years after you contract the software package. Until then, AI dialogue, hosting, updates and support are included in the package, within the minutes of the chosen tier. Each minute beyond those included costs EUR 0.20, the discount is 5% from 5 robots and 10% from 10 robots, and annual payment in advance gets 5%. On Pepper, NAO, temi and Alpha Mini, the Integrated level is only offered with a real integration.

Yes. Your own team can program EDU robots. Commissioning, the development setup and training come with the commissioning and training package, which we recommend for labs and courses.
For the first 2 years after you contract the software package, AI dialogue, hosting, updates and support are included, within the minutes of the chosen tier. After that, applications with AI dialogue move to the per-robot subscription, from EUR 300 per month. For the rest, maintenance is agreed in the quote.
Yes, on humanoid robots we have facial recognition and emotion recognition software. We enable facial recognition only with the explicit consent of the people enrolled and after a data protection assessment done together with you, because a face image is biometric data. We do not use emotion recognition in schools, universities or workplaces, where the EU AI Act prohibits it.
On NAO and Alpha Mini, the therapist runs the session from the app. They can control the robot step by step, let it guide the chosen exercises, or let it work on its own and take over at any time.
