What we build in VR and AR

We start from what you want to achieve: people at your stand, a process explained, a product presented. Then we choose the right experience.

VR experiences at events

Games and experiences that bring people to your stand. For example, a virtual showroom where customers explore and configure a car in 3D or try it out in a virtual race.

VR training and onboarding

Virtual tours, guided demonstrations and interactive scenarios for new staff, technical presentations or exhibitions. People learn by doing, not just by watching.

Product presentations

Show the benefits, processes or features of your product more clearly than with traditional materials such as a brochure or slides on a screen.

AR experiences for campaigns

Branded filters, characters and treasure-hunt games for launches and themed campaigns. Participants share their photos, so your event also reaches people who were not there.

Virtual agents

A virtual character answers questions and gives information and recommendations in your brand's tone of voice. At a property fair, for example, it can guide visitors through a virtual tour of the homes on sale.

Step into Pepper's shoes

With the BE Pepper module, visitors take the place of the Pepper robot: they simulate voice dialogue, arm movements and moving around the room.

The headsets we work with

We choose the headset based on the experience, the audience and the budget.

Meta Quest 3

A wireless VR headset that runs without a computer. A good fit for games, stand activations and training, where it has to be easy to put on and use.

Apple Vision Pro

For presentations with spatial interfaces: digital content appears in the room you are in, over what you see around you.

Headsets are quoted separately from the app.

Example: the hero of the Quadruped robots page. Scroll and Go1 walks and turns towards you.

We made the animations and the AR on this website

The heroes that move as you scroll and the 3D models you place in your room with your phone are built in-house by the IRIS team. We can do the same for your products.

Scroll-animated hero

From your product photos we make a clip and cut it out frame by frame, so the product moves on your website as the visitor scrolls. It works on desktop and on mobile.

Your product in AR

3D models at the dimensions in the datasheet, which customers place in their own room on Android and iPhone, straight from the product page.

3D viewer on desktop

The product turns with the mouse next to a 1.75 m person, so its real size is clear at a glance.

The same models in VR headsets

We also use the 3D models in experiences for Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro: your product at real scale, in a virtual showroom.

Where an immersive experience works

Anywhere you want people to try things, not just watch.

Trade fairs and conferences

A VR experience draws visitors to your stand and gets them interacting with your brand.

Games and brand activations

Participants are no longer just spectators. They explore, test and choose, in a story built around your brand.

Pepper in VR

With BE Pepper, visitors see what it is like to be a robot and get a better idea of what a humanoid can do.

Product presentations

Customers see the product, its features and its details right in front of them, at your stand or in your showroom.

Which headsets do the apps run on?

We develop for Meta Quest 3 and Apple Vision Pro. We choose the headset with you, based on the experience and the budget, and it is quoted separately from the app.

How much does a VR or AR app cost?

We charge EUR 690 per working day, excluding VAT. You get the estimate in days before the quote, so you know the cost from the start. Headsets and travel are quoted separately.

How long does it take to build the app?

It depends on how complex the experience is. Together with the estimate in working days, we tell you when it can be ready.

What kind of AR experiences do you build?

Branded filters, characters and treasure-hunt games for product launches and themed campaigns. Participants take photos with them and share them.

Can you build a virtual agent that answers visitors?

Yes. The agent answers questions and gives information and recommendations in your brand's tone of voice. We prepare it on content you approve.

What is BE Pepper?

A VR module that puts you in the place of the Pepper robot. You simulate voice dialogue, arm movements and moving around the room, to see how a humanoid robot works.

What do I learn about the people who tried the experience?

The app can record the interactions and the time spent in the experience, so you can see what interested your audience.
