How a rental works
We take care of everything that has to do with the robot. You take care of your guests.
You tell us the date and place
You fill in the request or write to us on WhatsApp. We send you a personalized quote.
We prepare the scenario
At least a week before, we receive the event schedule. We prepare the texts and choreography, then test them in Iași.
We arrive and set up
We arrive about two hours early, with the robots in transport cases. We set them up and start them on site.
The operator stays next to the robot
The robot works in rounds, and between them we swap the batteries. Our operator controls it at all times.
What you prepare: a free space of about 4 × 4 m for the show moments, a 230 V socket and the event schedule, a week in advance.

How much does it cost to rent a robot?
The price depends on the robot, the duration and the event location. Transport and the team's travel from Iași are calculated separately, once per event. We send you a personalized quote.
Is the operator included?
Yes. Each robot comes with one of our operators, who prepares it, starts it and controls it for the whole event.
Can I rent a robot for a single day?
Yes, for Pepper+, Unitree R1 EDU, Go2 EDU Pro, temi and NAO. AgiBot X2 Ultra and A3 Ultra are rented for a minimum of one week. Pepper+ can also be rented for 12 or 24 months.
Do the robots speak Romanian?
Pepper+, Unitree R1 EDU, temi and NAO hold conversations in Romanian. Unitree Go2 EDU Pro does not speak, it attracts the audience through movement and show.
How much space do I need to prepare?
For the show moments we need a free space of about 4 × 4 m and a 230 V socket. For Pepper+ we tell you exactly what is needed when we define the scenario.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Robots are booked when the order is confirmed, and we need the event schedule at least a week in advance.
Do you also come to other cities?
Yes. We leave from Iași with the robots and the team, anywhere in Romania. You see the travel cost separately in the quote.
What happens if the robot has a problem?
The operator is next to the robot at all times and steps in on the spot. With the Pepper+ Receptionist subscription we replace the robot as fast as possible.
