IRIS Robotics sells 3D printers across the EU, from beginner FDM models to industrial and resin printers, from Prusa, Bambu Lab, CreatBot, Creality, Snapmaker and other manufacturers. Prices are shown in EUR, and advice on choosing a printer is free.

- Delivery
- From Iași, Romania, to every EU country. The shipping cost and the lead time are confirmed before you order, at checkout or in the quote.
- Lead time
- In-stock products ship in 3-5 working days. Products ordered from the manufacturer usually arrive in 3-4 weeks. For robots, the exact lead time is in the quote.
- Warranty
- 24 months for consumers, or longer where the law of your country requires it, and 12 months for businesses, from delivery.
- VAT
- Consumer prices include the VAT of the delivery country. Businesses with a VAT number valid in VIES are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge) when the goods ship to another EU country.

Do you deliver to my country?
IRIS Robotics delivers from Iași, Romania, to every EU country, with the shipping cost and lead time confirmed before you order. Norway and Israel are served by quote only, at export prices without VAT.
How is VAT handled for my company?
If your company has a VAT number valid in VIES and the goods ship from Romania to another EU country, the invoice is issued without VAT, under the reverse charge. Without a valid VIES number, the applicable VAT is added.
