Description
The DENTAL 3D printing package supports dental technical offices that need to produce test pieces and prototypes quickly. It is intended for dental models, prototypes and lab parts. The equipment is not a medical device. Parts used on patients require materials and processes validated by the user under the applicable regulations. The package combines a Prusa SL1 SLA printer with a dedicated washing and curing machine, so the whole workflow from print to finished part is covered.
What's in the package
- SLA Prusa SL1 3D printer, ready to print
- SL1 washing and curing machine
- 2 L of 405 nm resin
- START Guide to 3D Printing with general information about 3D printing technology
Services included

Key features of the printer
- SLA technology that cures liquid resin layer by layer with UV light and reproduces fine details better than classic FDM printing
- Resin level sensor under the tank that warns the user when the resin level is low
- Motorized tilting resin tank that reduces stress on the model, so prints are less likely to detach from the print surface
- FEP film at the bottom of the tank that can be replaced by tightening a few screws
- Automatic calibration with Trinamic drivers, so removing the print platform does not affect calibration
- Quiet operation thanks to the Trinamic drivers
- Panic button and position memory that protect the print during power outages
- Enclosed design with cooling and a vapor extraction system
- 5.5 inch color touch screen with USB, Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity, and control from a web browser
- SMS notification when the resin level falls below the minimum
- Slic3r PE print preparation software
Washing and curing machine
After printing, a part should be washed several times to remove leftover resin and exposed to UV light to cure it fully. The SL1 washing and curing machine handles both steps. You place the printed object inside, follow the washing and UV exposure instructions and get the finished part.
