Description

The Prusa Pro HT90 is an industrial FDM 3D printer built for high-performance materials. It combines a delta-cylindrical design, magnetically interchangeable direct drive print heads and an actively heated chamber that reaches 90 °C. The printer offers a cylindrical build volume of Ø300 x 400 mm, which suits large functional parts without warping or layer separation.

Print heads

High-Flow head with a 0.4 mm Revo nozzle for rapid prototyping with materials up to 300 °C. It prints PLA, ASA, PETG, Flex, ABS, PA, PC, PCCF and PP.
High-Temp head with an abrasion-resistant 0.6 mm Revo nozzle that reaches 500 °C. It prints PEI (Ultem), PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU, PPS and PES.

Which materials can the HT90 print?

How hot does the chamber get?

The actively heated chamber reaches up to 90 °C. The nozzle reaches 500 °C and the bed 155 °C.

Can it run without an internet connection?

Yes. It supports completely offline operation. It can also be managed remotely through Prusa Connect and has an integrated camera for monitoring.
