Description

The OmniHand 3 Ultra-M is the flagship dexterous hand from AGILINK, AgiBot's robotic hand company, launched at WAIC 2026. It packs 20 active degrees of freedom into a 630 g, human-sized hand. It is an optional accessory for the AgiBot X2 Ultra, the X2 EDU and other compatible robots.

Key features

  • Direct drive at every joint: no gearboxes and no tendons. Joint states are read straight from each actuator's encoder, with ±0.2 mm repeatability across the workspace. The data is clean and suited to training AI models.
  • Tactile sensing that detects slip: each fingertip carries a vision-based tactile sensor that measures three-dimensional force from 0 to 30 N, with 0.005 N resolution and 0.08 mm deformation accuracy. It tells slip from contact and an edge from a surface. The palm adds 300 tactile points.
  • Built for continuous duty: under continuous load its surface stays at 40 to 45 °C with no throttling. AgiBot validated it over 500,000 cycles. It holds 3 kg steadily and lifts up to 8 kg.

Typical uses

  • Embodied AI training
  • Teleoperation and demonstration capture
  • Bimanual, contact-rich manipulation research
