R1 EDU is the education and research version of the R1 platform. Compared with the R1 AIR and R1, it adds a binocular camera, an optional dexterous hand, an optional high-performance compute module (for example Orin, 40 to 100 TOPS) and support for secondary development. Its control interfaces are fully open and the robot supports the major simulation platforms, so algorithms can move straight from simulation to the physical world.
The built-in multimodal model enables interaction through voice and images, and OTA updates bring continuous software improvements.
This humanoid robot has a complex structure. Please keep a safe distance and use it with care.
