Humanoid robots at IRIS Robotics: key facts

IRIS Robotics sells and programs humanoid robots for companies, research labs and universities across the EU: Pepper+, Unitree G1, R1 and H2, AgiBot X2, A2 and A3, and Booster T1 and K1. We help you choose the model by role (reception, stage, research), deliver it, commission it and maintain it. Professional robots are priced in the quote, by configuration.

Key facts

Price: On quote, by model and configuration. The quote includes shipping, the VAT treatment and the delivery lead time.
Rental: Pepper+ and Unitree R1 with an operator, for events in Romania
Lead time: In-stock products ship in 3-5 working days. Products ordered from the manufacturer usually arrive in 3-4 weeks. For robots, the exact lead time is in the quote.
Warranty: Unitree manufacturer warranty: 12 months on the robot and 6 months on the battery. On top of that, the legal guarantee for consumers and a 12-month IRIS commercial warranty for businesses.
Service: The IRIS Robotics Pepper service centre in Iași, Romania, repairs Pepper robots from across the EU, with diagnostics at EUR 250 plus VAT. For NAO, temi and Unitree robots we pass the request on to the manufacturer or to our partner Clinica Roboților.
VAT: Consumer prices include the VAT of the delivery country. Businesses with a VAT number valid in VIES are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge) when the goods ship to another EU country.

Do you deliver to my country?

IRIS Robotics delivers from Iași, Romania, to every EU country, with the shipping cost and lead time confirmed before you order. Norway and Israel are served by quote only, at export prices without VAT.

Where is the service done?

We repair Pepper and Pepper+ at the IRIS Robotics service centre in Iași, Romania, for robots from across the EU. For NAO, temi and Unitree robots we take the request and pass it on to the manufacturer or to our partner Clinica Roboților.

Can I rent a humanoid robot for an event?

In Romania, yes. Pepper+ and Unitree R1 are rented with an operator, and the other humanoids on request. The price depends on the robot, the duration and the venue, and the transport and travel of the team from Iași are calculated separately.

Do you need a robot for a single day?

We rent Pepper+, Unitree R1 EDU, Go2 EDU Pro, temi and NAO for events, with an operator included. We leave from Iași and go anywhere in the country.

What can a humanoid robot do in my company?

It can welcome visitors, present products or services, direct customers, collect leads, answer frequent questions and support brand activations or events.

What is the difference between a social robot and a bipedal humanoid?

A social robot, like Pepper+, moves on wheels and is designed for conversation and presentation. A bipedal humanoid, like the Unitree G1+ or AgiBot A3 Ultra, walks on two legs and can perform complex movements, but needs more programming to work on its own.

How do I choose the right model?

We start from what the robot has to do, where it works and who talks to it. We recommend a model, and if we have it in Iași, we also give you a demonstration.

Can they be customized for my brand?

Yes. We configure the texts, voice, images and scenarios to match your brand. With Pepper+ you can change the content yourself, from the web portal.

Are humanoid robots only suitable for events?

No. The Pepper robots we deliver work daily in banks, universities, schools and libraries. Bipedal humanoids are also used in labs, for research and teaching.

How much does a humanoid robot cost?
